Q: How long have you been in business?
A: We have been in business since January 2002, serving customers throughout the United States right from the start. Our core expertise has always been with Novell and related solutions, so you can count on us to deliver exactly what you need, every single time.
Q: Where are you located?
A: Our office is located in Chandler, Arizona near Chandler Blvd and Alma School. The City of Chandler is a part of the Phoenix Metropolitan area. Our address and phone number can be found here.
Q: Are you fully insured?
A: Yes. We have several types of insurance including professional liability and errors & omissions insurance. We are happy to provide certificates of insurance to you prior to beginning work on a project.
Q: Are you on the Arizona State Contract or the Mohave Contract?
A: No, at this time we are not. If you have purchasing restrictions that require a State or Mohave contract, you will have to contact us so we can explore alternative purchasing options. Note that any purchasing restrictions you may have are not imposed by us, but by your own organization or another state purchasing agency, and we have no control over this matter. If you wish to utilize our services, you will need to find a way to overcome these restrictions.
Q: What is your service area?
A: We provide services to Arizona and the entire United States and Canada, and on occasion to Europe and Asia. Our secure remote methodologies allow us to help you wherever you are. We can also travel to your location for on-site service.
Q: What are your response times for emergency support
A: We make our best effort to accommodate all network emergencies, and have an engineer on call 24x7. For contract customers, we have specific SLA's built into the contract. For on-site emergencies, we provide support subject to availability and scheduling of a qualified engineer.
